Mr. Heribert Buchbauer
Mr Heribert Buchbauer is a senior advisor at the Department for International Research Cooperation at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research (BMWF). He is mainly responsible for the co-ordination of bilateral, multilateral and regional initiatives, preparation and administration of bilateral S&T agreements especially with the Balkan region.
