The international conference "Memory and Oblivion in Byzantium" took place at Sofia University on 26-29 November 2009. It was organised by the Byzantium Working Group within a cooperation of the Centre for Advanced Study Sofia, Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme-Paris (Programme Mellon) and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
